We offer a comprehensive installation service, carried out by our experienced engineers. Work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and conforms to the latest Electrical and Safety regulations and to the PLASA code of practice.
We have many years of experience with building wide paging systems, for offices, hotels, warehouses and factories, schools, and even bus stations! We also have a large experience of designing and installing voice evacuation systems, which have to comply with BS5839pt8. We commonly integrate paging systems with your telephone system, so you can use your telephone as the paging microphone.
Recent large scale projects include a building wide pageing system, incorporating a background music element, for The Royal Mail's new sorting office in Park Royal. This 130000 Sq Ft Warehouse needed comprehensive coverage to aid communications, as well background music to keep the sorting floor staff happy.
It is very common to provide background music within retail environments, and we have successfully installed many such systems in shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. We also supply and install electronic queuing systems to assist in keeping busy counters environments as organised as possible.
It is also increasingly common for corporate boardrooms or training rooms to feature Audio Visual (AV) systems. Presentation systems, incorporating projectors and screens, or LCD or plasma displays, with an audio system component, can greatly enhance meetings and trainings environments. Even the smallest of rooms can benefit from amplified sound and enhanced screen sizes. These systems can be easily integrated together, and with other services, such as room lighting and motorised curtains, and typically feature user friendly control points and universal input plates. Wherever possible, we minimise visual impact of the installation, by careful and experienced installation methods to keep the aethetic impact to a minimum.
We also have many years experience with the installation of Audio Frequency Induction Loop Systems (AFILS), ranging from simple one to one counter environments, to multi room conference systems, all to meet the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act. These can be integrated with an existing PA system, or fitted along side a new one. Far too many loops we come across, are fitted poorly, and cannot hope to achieve the requirements laid out in IEC60118-4:2006. Not only are we competent to design and install AFILS, but we also have the correct test equipment, and understand the importance of using it correctly, to make sure what we fit works, and conforms.
